Project AUAS X Beerwulf Expansion Strategy
As part of the Beerwulf project, our team developed a strategy to strengthen the brand’s
online presence and support its entry into the Swiss market, with a focus on
German-speaking regions. My responsibilities included market analysis, strategic
positioning, UX optimization, and forming partnerships with local breweries.
This project enhanced my skills in international marketing, e-commerce strategy, digital
growth, and data-driven decision-making. Our approach was recognized for its innovative
and market-specific solutions.
