Strategic Positioning in Youth Football Representation
My graduation research focuses on identifying patterns in player development and
translating these insights into a strategic positioning model for Mellow Yellow Sports. The
goal is to help the agency grow sustainably and establish itself as a credible and distinctive
player within the top segment of Dutch youth football representation.
By combining insights from sports science, legal frameworks, competitive analysis, and field
research, I develop a strategy that reflects current trends in talent development and aligns
with Mellow Yellow’s long-term ambitions.
Through this project, I am strengthening my skills in strategic marketing, player pathway
analysis, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement within the sports
industry.
