I also mentor my nephew in his football career, supporting his transition from an amateur

club to the youth academy of FC Volendam. My involvement includes talent development,

career guidance, and providing strategic advice within the football industry.

Through this experience, I’ve developed skills in mentoring, communication, consulting,

networking, sports management, and strategic planning, contributing to his early promotion

to the U17 team, two levels above his age group.
