For Verf.nl, we developed a digital marketing strategy focused on customer retention and
repeat purchases. My responsibilities included market analysis, loyalty strategies, and
marketing automation with an emphasis on cross-selling and upselling.
Using tools like the Business Model Canvas, Pirate Funnel, DESTEP, and SWOT analysis, I
refined my skills in strategic marketing, data analysis, and customer-centric growth
strategies. The campaign “Paint for the Future” promoted sustainable paint practices through
discounts, recycling incentives, and community engagement, strengthening both customer
loyalty and brand positioning.
